Custom Support

One year of free Integratis Inc. technical support (not to exceed 1/2 hour per seat purchased) is included with your solution purchase. Registration issues are supported at no charge.

If you would like more personal assistance or customization, we offer two methods:

Time Blocks

Ongoing customization, support & training is done through purchasing blocks of hours (minimum quantity of 10 hours). Time will be deducted from your account in 15 minute increments and remaining time does not expire. Our hourly rate is $150.

Time Increments

You may purchase support in increments of $50.00 per 15 minutes or $200.00 per hour (minimum $50.00 per call).

Email Assistance: Go to Help Desk and fill out the email form and we will get you an answer shortly or refer you to a more appropriate support option.

Remote Assistance: Share your screen in a secure session and receive guidance through instant messaging or telephone conversation, by appointment only.
